Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website or in store are quoted in United States of America and Jamaican dollars based on customers preferred view. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

Safeguarding your Information
The information you provide to PowerTech is covered by this policy and is protected in transit by using a network protocol called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is the industry standard technology for secure online transactions. PowerTech through our partners, GoDaddy encrypts the information you give when processing enquires using SSL, which scrambles the data to make it extremely difficult for anyone who intercepts the information to read.
Warranty
PowerTech provides warranty on the following devices: One (1) year warranty on all batteries. To claim warranty on defective batteries, kindly provide us with invoice(s) indicating the proof of purchase. Twelve (12) months warranty on single phase UPS and Eighteen (18) months warranty on three phase UPS (Parts Only). To claim warranty please provide the invoice(s) indicating proof of purchase, which will follow an inspection of the UPS. Failure to provide any of the above will result in dishonour of the warranty.
Errors and Omissions
Please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, promotion and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not undertake to update, modify or clarify information on our website, except as required by law.
